1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• You must not have had an account previously closed, suspended, or terminated by hwg500 for violation of these Terms.

4. Account Registration

Registration on the hwg500 platform is free of charge. To open an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Indonesian residential address, valid mobile phone number, and a unique email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout your membership and must notify us promptly of any changes.

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one active account on the hwg500 platform. Creating multiple accounts for any reason — including circumventing bonus restrictions, recovering a suspended account, or obscuring identity — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. hwg500 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit associated balances, and permanently ban the underlying individual from the platform.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. All activities conducted through your account are your responsibility, regardless of whether you authorized them. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify hwg500 immediately by contacting customer support. hwg500 will never request your password via email or live chat.

4.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances. hwg500 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of registration information.

5. Identity Verification (KYC)

hwg500 is committed to maintaining a secure and compliant gaming environment. As part of this commitment, all members must complete identity verification before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification may also be required at account opening or at any point deemed necessary by our compliance team.

5.1 Required Documents

Standard KYC documentation requirements include one or more of the following:

Complex cases or requests for additional verification may take longer. During the verification period, deposit and gameplay functions remain accessible; however, withdrawal requests will be held pending successful verification.

5.3 Failure to Verify

Members who fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of a formal request from hwg500's compliance team may have their account suspended until verification is completed. hwg500 reserves the right to close accounts where verification cannot be satisfactorily completed and to return deposits to source where legally required.

6. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the hwg500 platform are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). hwg500 does not impose transaction fees on deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge fees according to their own policies, over which hwg500 has no control.

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

hwg500 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian banking channels: Bank Central Asia (BCA), Bank Rakyat Indonesia (BRI), Bank Negara Indonesia (BNI), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI), Bank Permata. Digital wallet support includes OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Available methods may vary based on your account status and verification level.

6.2 Deposits

Minimum deposit: Rp 50,000. There is no standard maximum deposit limit; however, hwg500 reserves the right to apply transaction monitoring controls for large deposits. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

6.3 Withdrawals

Minimum wit hdrawal: Rp 100,000. Withdrawal requests are processed during operating hours (09:00–21:00 WIB, seven days a week). Standard verified accounts typically receive funds within 1–4 hours during operating hours. VIP tier members (Gold and above) receive priority processing. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification and may take up to 24 hours. hwg500 does not guarantee processing times during periods of high transaction volume, national bank maintenance windows, or Indonesian public holidays.

6.4 Withdrawal to Source

hwg500 applies a return-to-source policy: withdrawal funds will be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings exceeding the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method registered under your account name.

6.5 Transaction Monitoring

hwg500 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction that triggers internal risk or compliance alerts, including but not limited to suspicion of money laundering, structuring, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms. Affected members will be notified and provided an opportunity to provide clarifying documentation before any permanent action is taken.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

hwg500 offers various promotional incentives to both new and existing members. All bonuses are subject to the conditions stated in the specific promotion's terms in addition to the general provisions below. In the event of any conflict, the specific promotion's terms take precedence.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of Bonus Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before any derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount, as stated in each promotion's specific terms. The applicable multiplier will always be disclosed clearly before you opt in.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused or unmet Bonus Funds expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's terms.
• hwg500 reserves the right to withhold, modify, or cancel any bonus if it determines that the offer was claimed through abuse, manipulation, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfying wagering requirements.

7.2 Contribution Rates

Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager. Live dealer table games (blackjack, baccarat, roulette) typically contribute between 10% and 20%. Specialty games including togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and sports betting may have different contribution rates specified in individual promotion terms. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

hwg500 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse patterns including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; coordinated multi-account bonus farming; and exploitation of system errors or technical faults. Any account found engaging in bonus abuse will have associated bonuses and derived winnings forfeited, and may be subject to permanent suspension.

8. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the hwg500 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical randomization mechanisms streamed in real time. RNG systems are independently tested and certified by recognized third-party audit bodies to ensure statistical fairness and unpredictability of outcomes.

8.1 Published RTP

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the hwg500 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game assets, text, graphics, audio, video, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of hwg500 or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any platform content without the prior written consent of hwg500.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hwg500, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

hwg500's total aggregate liability to any member for any claims arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member to their hwg500 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination & Suspension

hwg500 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, if it determines that:

• The member has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable game-specific rules.
• The member has provided false, fraudulent, or misleading registration information.
• The member has engaged in conduct that hwg500 considers harmful to the platform, other members, or the integrity of any game or market.
• The member is determined to be ineligible under Section 3 (Eligibility) of these Terms.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require the restriction or closure of the account.

Members wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds not yet satisfying wagering requirements) will be returned to the member's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to any outstanding compliance reviews.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions and all matters arising out of or in connection with your use of the hwg500 platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming and commercial law. hwg500 operates under internationally issued gaming licenses and is subject to the regulatory requirements of the licensing jurisdiction.
